This collaborative poem was written during ZOOM session during Lockdown Level 3 in September 2021.
How to survive your family during Lockdown
Avoid siblings at all costs.
Hibernate in your bedroom.
Gather together a food stash.
Construct a pillow fort.
Charge up devices to keep them going 24/7.
Become nocturnal to avoid human contact.
Don't forget to help your parents with cooking to get Brownie points so they keep feeding you.
Devour all the cookies in the cookie tin and replace them with brussel sprouts.
If these things don’t work,
hurl pillows at bedroom intruders.
