Write a diary poem about 26 days in Lockdown.
Each line of your poem represents one day and the first (or the last) word of the line must start with a letter of the alphabet.
You could choose to write about the same activity you do every day at the same time with a slight difference each time.
Or a different activity for every day.
Or you could comment on 26 different teddies in windows / friends on Zoom / or birds from your bedroom that you see or hear each day.
Or 26 different shades of feeling, mood, health announcements, school tasks – the lockdown is your limit!
Remember to use beautiful language – imagery, metaphor, simile, alliteration, repetition – hit us with your style!
When you have written your poem share it to us for our Write On Speak Out: Lockdown Voices 2020 project.
